Ok, it’s the end of the week, so it’s time to lighten the mood again with a Learning and Development ‘Friday Funny’.
This one is an oldie but without doubt one of my all-time-favourites, beautifully illustrating how you just can’t apply the same system of capability measurement and be sure that you’ll get a fair or accurate result.
It’s just a shame that, the same as last week’s ‘Friday Funny’, the cartoonist didn’t sign his/her work, so we don’t know who to thanks for it. 😦
