Is this the best L and D related advert ever?

First of all, I want to say a BIG thank you to Daisy Engel for posting this video – thanks Daisy! 🙂

The video is Sodastream’s new ‘Join the revolution’ advert and it hits SO MANY positive buttons.

First of all, it addresses the hugely important issue of the environment via the re-use benefits of Sodastream over the traditional one-use ‘drink and bin’ soft-drink options. However, looking at it through the lens of an L&D tragic like myself, it speaks about Sodastream’s culture of innovation, diversity, inclusiveness, adaptability, agility, and much more.

I can only imagine how such a well thought out marketing initiative must positively impact on both the quality of people attracted to work for the organisation AND the people already working there.

Oh, and just to be on the safe side, I should make it clear that I have no affiliation with Sodastream and I’m not getting paid to post this…although, if Sodastream wants my bank account details, they only need to ask 😉
