Ok, once again, it’s the end of the week, so it’s time to lighten the mood with a Learning and Development ‘Friday Funny’.
In fairness, this one isn’t that funny at all (especially as I suspect that many of you probably bang your heads on the wall trying to get people, from front-line to C-suite, to engage in Learning and Development initiatives, only to complain that they/their team/the organisation isn’t performing at its best), but it does quite nicely illustrate how easy it is for people to be so busy trying to be productive that they don’t take time to learn how to be MORE productive.
Once again, I’m afraid that the cartoonist didn’t sign his/her work, so we don’t know who to thanks for it. 😦
