Jack Welch is one of the world’s most famous CEOs and, as this quote shows, a vocal advocate of the important of ‘learning to succeed’.
So the next time anyone should question the benefit of a good L&D initiative, remind them that Jack said that “An organisation’s ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly is the ultimate competitive advantage”…and who’d dare argue with Jack!?!
